Advanced Master in Intellectual Property Rights (in Dutch: Master-na-Master in de Intellectuele Rechten)

The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (CIR) of the HUB, in cooperation with the KU Leuven Interdisciplinary Centre for Law and Information technology (ICRI), is organising an Advanced Master of Intellectual Property Rights and ICT.  Promoters are Professor Frank Gotzen and Professor Jos Dumortier.

All classes will be given at the HUB, located at Stormstraat 2, 1000 Brussel.

Three languages, evening courses, two options

This programme has been recognized by the Order of Flemish Bar for 32 legal points.  If you specialise in the general programme Intellectual Property Rights, a majority of the courses are in Dutch and French.  If you decide to specialise in ICT (new from the academic year 2012-2013), you can follow courses in English. The program consists of 5 mandatory subjects (for which you have a choice of three between IP or ICT); elective subjects (from a total of 10 elective courses) and a masters thesis. Both options are evening programmes.
