Sustainability in Research

HUB-based research includes research focused on the various links between sustainable development and economic (business-related) issues. 

This is demonstrated by HUB-based research on: environmental economics, environmental science, corporate social responsibility and business ethics, ethical investments, relationships between companies and their stakeholders, social economics, etc.  This research is conducted through interdisciplinary approaches, as well as through a single-discipline approach.

Sustainability-themes research at HUB is spearheaded by CEDON (Centrum voor Economie en Duurzaam Ondernemen), an interdisciplinary research group focusing on interactions between economics, business, sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
