Exchange Student

Students from institutions included in our list of academic partners can take course units from any of HUB's Dutch-taught or English-taught academic degree programmes. As an exchange student, you are officially enrolled in your home institution but you have decided (and received permission) to gain part of the credits of your Bachelor or Master programme in Brussels. Your rights are mentioned in the Student Charter you received back home.

Application procedure

You are eligible to apply if you have been nominated by your home university.

1. Use Online Application Form to register which can be found here.  Please complete your personal data and the data of your university.
2. Print out your registration document. Mind the registration deadlines : For the first and/or second semester: 15 June - For the second semester only: 15 November  
3. Sign the registration document and send it together with 3 passport-size photographs, a photocopy of your ID, your transcripts of records of the previous years (your results) and a copy of your valid insurance policy  
4. Compose your own programme based on this course catalogue for exchange students. Then your Learning Agreement can be drawn up. We need to recveive your duly signed Learning Agreement by 15 June. For the second semester only the deadline is 1 December. 
5. After the Mobility Office of the Academic Division has given its approval, you are considered an HUB student.  Congratulations!
