What we do
The HUB International Office is operated by specialised staff providing the following services: to Management and Board
- International policy preparation and monitoring
- Design, development and coordination of transnational innovative projects in support of institutional priorities
- Design, development and coordination of English-taught programmes
to Faculties and Departments
- Expert advise on internationalisation of campus and curricula
- Information on foreign, educational systems, potential partners, funding opportunities etc.
- Partner prospecting
- Coordination and administration of student and staff mobility
- Advise and support in international student recruitment
to students
- Provision of international mobility opportunities (Europe, development cooperation), embedded in the curriculum
- Information, preparation, follow-up of the mobility (study or placement)
- Advise on study abroad opportunities
to international students
- Coordination of international (English-taught) degree programmes
- Coordination of course supply for exchange students
- Information, reception, support with respect to living and studying at HUBrussel
- Liaising with other (internal and external) services
to anyone interested in transnational collaboration
- Information and liaising with relevant people within the organisation
