Students from institutions included in our list of academic partners can take course units from any of HUBrussel's Dutch-taught or English-taught academic degree programmes. 

Application procedure:

You are eligible to apply if you have been nominated by your home university.

1. Compose your own programme based on our course catalogue for exchange students (for academic year 2009-2010)
2. Use Online Application Form to register. Complete your personal data, the data of your university and the courses you plan to take. If you registered correctly, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. The online application form will be available from 03 May.
3. Print out your registration document - mind the registration deadlines : For the first and/or second semester: 15 June - For the second semester only: 15 November 
4. Sign the registration document and send it together with 3 passport-size photographs, a photocopy of your ID, your transcripts of records of the previous years (your results) and a copy of your valid insurance policy 
5. Based on your selection of courses your Learning Agreement will be drawn up by HUB international office who will send it to you by regular mail.  Learning agreements drawn up by your institution at home will be accepted as well. We need to receive your duly signed Learning Agreement by 30 June.  For the second semester only, the deadline is 1 December.
6. After the International Office has given its approval, you are considered an HUBrussel student.  Congratulations!

Please note that EILC courses Dutch are available before the start of the academic year!
